Wonderfully fresh, clean food in a truly pleasant atmosphere. With style, without pressure. Taste has multiple layers – the scents, the lights, the energy of the interior and the thoughtfulness of the service all add up to a complex experience. Gourmandizing in the freshly recreated interior of a historic building designed by the Hungarian architect Jozsef Hild (built: 1839-40, see also: Basilica) one may enjoy the visit more than one way. A familiar, but not an everyday encounter.
rotisserie & specialties
Free range chicken, organic duck and steaks are being prepared in the open kitchen rotisserie. The highest quality ingredients are brought to HILDA’s kitchen from the best local organic farms, artisan bakery etc. We carefully prepare all the ingredients to achieve the most authentic taste and a fine balance on the plates. HILDA also offers gluten-gree, lactose-free and vegetarian dishes to entirely satisfy all guests and companies. Clean taste, clean eating.

Breakfast made of organic eggs, 3 course business lunch menu on weekdays, mousses, weekend brunch with friends, slow pressed juices, dinner dates, reservation for parties and celebrations, with a selected bottle of wine or some delicious cocktails. HILDA may show a different side each time of the day, but there is always a welcoming smile to please.
